US Youth Soccer National League Expands Elite 64 Regional League with 54 New Clubs

The US Youth Soccer National League has announced that it will be adding 54 new clubs to its Elite 64 Regional League. The new clubs will be split between the Great Lakes and Midwest regions, and will compete in U13 and U19 age groups.

The Elite 64 Regional League is a new league that was created to provide a pathway for players to progress to the Elite 64 top league. The top team in each regional league will have the ability to qualify for the National League Conference Playoffs, and the overall winner of the regional leagues will have the opportunity to compete for the USYS National Championships.

The new clubs that will be joining the Elite 64 Regional League come from a variety of states, including Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, Wisconsin, Iowa, Missouri, and Nebraska. The addition of these clubs will significantly increase the number of teams competing in the Elite 64 Regional League, and will provide more opportunities for players to compete at a high level.

"We are excited to work with these clubs and offer opportunities for the players," said National League Commissioner Simon Collins. "We are confident this platform will provide an excellent test for players and clubs that gives them the ability to achieve short-term and long-term goals within the National League."

The Elite 64 Regional League is scheduled to begin play in August 2023.

This is a significant development for the US Youth Soccer National League, and it is a sign that the league is committed to providing opportunities for players at all levels. The addition of these new clubs will increase the competition in the Elite 64 Regional League, and it will provide more players with the opportunity to reach their full potential.
